Scholarship Application

Please fill out this application to apply for the RFA scholarship. All data and materials submitted here will be reviewed and processed for eligibility. Before you begin this application process, please read the important information found here. To be eligible for this scholarship, your parent needs to be a current member of the RFA, having paid dues for this current year, by December 31 of last year. Before you proceed, please be sure you have available, and are ready to attach, the following: a recent photo of you (first-time applicants only), your latest transcript (can be an unofficial one, with school name included), a letter to the scholarship committee telling a little about yourself, and a list of the courses you will take this coming school year. If your school has not completed your course list, please indicate what you think/intend it will be. "TBD" is not acceptable. No acronyms for schools or course names. Please spell them out. All attachments should be in pdf except for the photo which can be a JPG. Please make sure you have time to complete the application. You will not be able to save the application and resume it later.
